20 mEq/L Potassium Chloride in 5% Dextrose and 0.45% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP, 1000 mL VIAFLEX Plastic Container, NDC 0338-0671-04, Baxter product code 2B1654X. This Rx-only intravenous solution supplies 77 mEq/L sodium, 20 mEq/L potassium and 97 mEq/L chloride with 5% dextrose (170 kcal/L) at a calculated osmolarity of 447 mOsmol/L. The VIAFLEX container is not made with natural rubber latex and the solution contains no preservative. Supplied as single packs, 14 per case, with an 18-month shelf life from manufacture.
