Free Shipping Threshold

All domestic orders of $500 or more ship FREE via Economy ground service to any address in the contiguous United States. Orders under $500 are subject to the shipping rates displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Where We Ship

United States: All 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International: Available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at kevin@keystonesuppygroup.com for a formal freight quote including duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Processing & Handling Times

In-stock items: Orders pla:00 PM CST on business days typically ship same day or next business day. Pallet / LTL / oversized orders: Typically process within 1–3 business days. Our logistics team will confirm a ship date and provide tracking once the freight booking is complete. Made-to-order or special-sourced items: Lead times vary. Your account rep will communicate expected ship dates at time of order confirmation.

Carrier Accounts

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and regional LTL carriers. If your organization has a preferred carrier account number before placing your order and we can ship on your account where possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If goods arrive visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours at kevin@keystonesupplygroup.com with photos and your order number. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or credit promptly.
