Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on order weight and destination. Pallet, LTL, and oversized orders are quoted per shipment. For a rough freight estimate before you order, use our shipping estimator or call (507) 237-6036.
Where We Ship
United States: All 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International: Available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at Orders@KeystoneSupplyGroup.com for a formal freight quote including duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Processing and Handling Times
In-stock items: Orders placed on business days typically ship the same day or the next business day.
Pallet, LTL, and oversized orders: Typically process within 1 to 3 business days. Our logistics team confirms a ship date and provides tracking once the freight booking is complete.
Made-to-order or special-sourced items: Lead times vary. Your account rep confirms expected ship dates at order confirmation.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
Economy Ground (0 to 5 lb): $4.90 flat rate, 5 to 7 business days
Economy Ground (5 to 70 lb): $24.95 flat rate, 5 to 7 business days
Standard Ground (0 to 1 lb): $6.90, 3 to 5 business days
Standard Ground (1 to 5 lb): $9.90, 3 to 5 business days
Freight / LTL (pallet quantities, 70 lb and over): Quoted separately by our logistics team. Contact us or use the shipping estimator before placing a large order.
Carrier Accounts
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and regional LTL carriers. If your organization has a preferred carrier account, share the account number before placing your order and we can ship on your account where possible.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If goods arrive visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours at Orders@KeystoneSupplyGroup.com with photos and your order number. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or credit promptly.
