Hands-on help for healthcare facilities and for companies entering or expanding in medical distribution. Rate: $500 to $750 per hour, set by scope and quoted in writing before work starts. A 30-minute intake call is free.
What we take on
- Formulary and SKU standardization across departments or sites.
- Vendor consolidation, distributor agreements and GPO contract review.
- Par levels, inventory counts, backorder and allocation management.
- Shortage and continuity planning, including substitutes and secondary sources.
- Adding product lines or services: sourcing, compliance documents, pricing structure and launch.
- Building a distribution or sales operation: quoting, order flow, credit terms, vendor credentialing and compliance basics.
- Documentation packages: W-9, certificates of insurance, Safety Data Sheets, 510(k) and NIOSH approval files.
