Rx-only devices are quoted to licensed healthcare facilities and practitioners, or on a practitioner's written order, after we verify the license or prescription. Prescription drug products such as IV fluids and premixed injectables are supplied only to licensed facilities and practitioners where state wholesale distribution licensing permits, and never to individuals. Send the part number and your license details with the quote request.
Rx-only items are not sold online. Quote requests require the purchasing facility's or practitioner's license, or for an individual a copy of the prescription. Prescription drug products are supplied only to licensed facilities and practitioners where wholesale distribution licensing permits. Keystone verifies licensure before the quote is released; the order is then fulfilled through Keystone's licensed distribution partner.
