Cookie Policy

KeystoneSupplyGroup.com uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. This policy explains what they do, the choices the cookie banner gives you, and how to change your choice later.

Your three choices

On your first visit a banner offers three options:

• Accept: allows Necessary cookies plus Analytics.
• Reject: allows Necessary cookies only. Analytics never loads.
• Manage: opens a toggle for each optional category so you can turn Analytics on or off and save your own selection.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage under the name ksg-cookie for up to one year, so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Nothing in the Analytics category is set until you choose Accept or turn Analytics on under Manage.

Necessary

These are set by our ecommerce platform (Shopify) and by this site. They are required to browse the catalog, keep items in your cart, log in to your account, complete checkout, prevent fraud, and remember your cookie choice. This site also uses browser local storage to hold your quote list until you send it to us. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off while you use the store. If you block them in your browser you will not be able to order online, but you can still order by phone at (507) 237-6036 or by email at Orders@KeystoneSupplyGroup.com.

Analytics

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 [CONFIRM] to count visits, see which pages and products are viewed, and find errors. The analytics script loads only after you choose Accept or turn Analytics on under Manage. If you choose Reject, it never loads. We configure analytics to anonymize IP addresses and to disable Google signals and ad personalization, and we use the data only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

What we do not use

• Advertising or retargeting cookies.
• Cross-site tracking or social media pixels.
• Sale or sharing of browsing data with third parties for their own marketing.

Changing your choice later

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. It reopens the banner with the Manage panel showing your current selection. If you turn Analytics off, it stops loading from your next page view. To remove analytics cookies that were already set, clear cookies for this site in your browser.

Browser controls

Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies for a single site or for all sites, usually under Settings and then Privacy. You can also set your browser to block third-party cookies or to clear cookies when you close it. Blocking or deleting Necessary cookies may sign you out and empty your cart, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

Changes and questions
