0.45% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP, 100 mL, Quad Pack (ICU Medical catalog material 773037, NDC 0990-7730-37). 0.45% (NaCl) sodium chloride injection supplied in a 100 mL PVC/DEHP flexible container, packed 4 per pack, 80 per case. Per the product insert (QEN-4686), each 100 mL contains 450 mg sodium chloride in water for injection (sodium 77 mEq/L, chloride 77 mEq/L, 154 mOsmol/L calc.); the solution is sterile and nonpyrogenic and is indicated for parenteral replenishment of fluid and sodium chloride as required by the clinical condition of the patient. Shelf life 18 months.
