Sodium Chloride Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic parenteral fluid containing sodium chloride in water for injection, intended for intravenous administration. Each 100 mL contains 900 mg sodium chloride; electrolytes per 1000 mL are sodium 154 mEq and chloride 154 mEq, osmolarity 308 mOsmol/L. Supplied in a 50 mL PVC/DEHP flexible container, 4 per pouch, 20 pouches (80 units) per case.
