Ranger™ Irrigation Fluid Warming Unit, Model 247

The 3M Ranger Irrigation Fluid Warming Unit, 24700 (Model 247, 120V), is a compact, lightweight, liquid-resistant dry heat warming unit that warms surgical irrigation fluid as it is delivered. Used with a sterile, single-use Ranger irrigation warming set, it delivers fluid under gravity at flow rates up to 867 mL/min with the bag hung 100 cm above the scope, maintains output temperatures of 33 C to 41 C for room temperature fluids, and reaches its 41 C set point in less than 2 minutes. The front panel has an alphanumeric display and an alert indicator light with audible alert for over- and under-temperature conditions; a side clamp attaches the unit to an IV pole and a carrying handle on top makes it easy to transport.
