The 3M 8511 N95 particulate respirator adds the 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve, which helps release warm, moist exhaled breath for more comfort in hot or humid work areas. It is NIOSH approved N95 for at least 95% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols that do not contain oil.
Braided polyisoprene headbands with dual-point stapled attachment and an adjustable M-noseclip help hold a secure seal. Use for particulates and mists up to 10 times the PEL. It is not a registered medical device and is not rated fluid resistant.
