Cardinal Health ChemoPlus IVA seals for bottles and vials are sterile, tamper-evident seals that cover the point of entry on IV admixtures to guard against contamination and accidental double dosing. This silver seal fits 20 mm vial tops.
Seals self-destruct if someone tries to remove them and cannot be effectively reapplied, and the laminated foil makes needle punctures easy to see. When seals are intact, unused doses can be returned and reissued, which cuts pharmacy waste.
