KeystoneOS Cost Plus is a 12-month membership that prices every item Keystone sells at our landed cost plus 5 percent, ships every order free in the contiguous United States, and puts one named representative on your account. Built for hospitals, surgery centers, senior living, labs, schools, agencies and companies that buy medical, PPE, janitorial and industrial supply for their own use.
What members get
- Keystone's landed cost plus 5 percent on every item, set per item, including quote-only and special-order products.
- Free shipping on every order to your listed commercial addresses in the contiguous United States, by the carrier and service Keystone selects.
- One dedicated account representative who owns quotes, orders, deliveries and reorders.
- Annual full cost analysis: your 12-month purchase history against current market pricing and availability, with a written list of what to switch, consolidate, stock or drop.
- Front of the sourcing desk on backorders, allocations and recalls, plus recall and restock alerts for the categories you buy.
- Net 30 on approved credit, standing orders with par replenishment, vendor documents and Rx attestation handled once at enrollment, and bid-ready quotes for public-sector members.

How it works
Choose the tier that covers your annual purchasing and pay the fee by card here, or ask us for an ACH, wire or Net-terms invoice. We send the program agreement the same business day. Your account is tagged and your representative assigned within one business day of payment and signature. The term runs 12 months and renews automatically at the then-current fee for your tier unless either party gives written notice 30 days before the renewal date. Member pricing does not stack with GPO, contract or promotional pricing. Products are for the member's own use; resellers and brokers are not eligible. Limited to the first 100 facilities and companies.
