The Moldex 7920 piggyback adapter joins a 7940 P100 filter disk to a Moldex round gas/vapor cartridge, creating one assembly that handles both particulates and gases or vapors. Sold as a pair, one for each side of the mask.
Per the Moldex user manual, the 7920 is for use with 7100, 7200, 7300, 7400, 7500 and 7600 cartridges and the 7940 filter only. Do not use it with 7740, 7740+ or 7910 filters, or with nuisance-level filter disks.
