The Philips HeartStart FRx is a rugged AED built for first responders and BLS teams. Step-by-step voice instructions, visual icons and an audible CPR metronome guide the rescue, and the Quick Shock feature typically delivers a shock about 8 seconds after a CPR interval. Pre-connected SMART Pads II work for adults and children; inserting the optional Infant/Child Key adjusts instructions and therapy for pediatric patients.
